How detailed?
Basic = fastest path. Standard = more control. Advanced = full shop detail.
How it works / formula
Usable area = sheet − margins.Columns/rows from sticker size + gap.
We try a 90° rotation and keep the higher count.
Worked example
Example (illustrative)
- 12×12 sheet, 2×2 stickers, 0.125 gap, 0.25 margin often packs 5×5 = 25 depending on exact math — run the defaults and adjust.

Frequently asked questions
Does this include die-cut waste?
No — complex contours need more spacing than rectangles.
Does this include cutter registration marks?
Add margin for marks and gripper if your cutter needs them — reduce usable sheet size first.
Can shapes be nested tighter?
Complex nesting may beat a grid. This is a fast rectangular estimate.
How do I cost the sheet?
Combine sheet material cost with Print Pricing or Transfer Paper Cost tools.
